We do not as a rule disclose your personal data to third parties.
Technical providers (data processors)
We use specialised providers for hosting, database, authentication and email — all located in the EU and covered by data processing agreements. Specific providers can be disclosed on request.
No personal data is transferred to third countries outside the EU/EEA.
5. How long do we keep your data?
- Onboarded customers
- For the duration of the agreement + 12 months after termination.
- Job applications
- Up to 6 months after the recruitment process, if not hired.
- Business inquiries
- Up to 12 months after closed correspondence.
- Accounting records
- 5 years after the end of the financial year (Danish Bookkeeping Act).
