What is included in every plan?
Every plan includes hosting on our infrastructure, ongoing maintenance, security updates, and support. The plan you choose decides how much we build, change, and improve on top of that.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Most customers start on Starter or Growth and move up as their software does more. We do not lock you in.
What do I get on Enterprise?
A dedicated contact person, a custom SLA, and ongoing custom development. We become part of your team, not a vendor you raise tickets with.
How long is the contract?
Yearly by default, with a one-month notice. Monthly billing has no minimum term but is billed at a higher monthly rate.
What happens if we outgrow Ranky?
We help you migrate. Ranky is built on standard tooling - Next.js, Postgres, your own domain - so nothing about your software is locked to us.
Who owns the code?
You do. Every customer gets full source access on request. Ranky is what we operate; the software we build for you is yours.
